When asked what does The Golden Warrior Project and mentorship mean to you, 1LT Dungee responded with “Mentoring can take so many shapes. There is no set way to give mentorship. It’s the matter of passing the torch forward. Giving someone the missing puzzle piece that you, yourself asked for and/or searched high and wide for but no one gave it to you. Mentoring is providing a safe but not comfortable place for someone to learn, explore and grow into the opportunities that are out there for the taking. Mentorship is being the person you needed when you were coming up in the ranks. The Golden Warrior Project is a dedicated platform that does all of those things!”
